Marklin-CONTENTS
I seem to appreciate the old Marklin
Toy Steam Engines from Germany the best. I have collected many digital
pictures of these engines and have arranged them by type and then by number.
I have included the Marklin Engines that I own. I have the following
types:
1. Horizontal Boiler Engines
2. Vertical Boiler Engines
3. Overtype Engines
4. Other Engines & Unknown
5. Accessories & Tools
Next, I have a numbering system
as follows:
Example: Model 4097
The first picture
would be 4097-A, if there are more pictures of the same engine, I then
label
them as 4097-AA, 4097-AB, 4097-AC. If I have a picture of a different
Model 4097, then
I named
it 4097-B. * = Engines owned by me.
I could have mislabeled some of
these since I only had one view to look at when identifying them.
Let me know if you think an engine is a different model number.
I have split the files into the 5 different web pages
above to reduce load time if you want o only view changes or one type of
engine.
