Our latest adventure around the basin.....Flying around the Columbia River basin...
April 30th 1999
Run up with the cropduster testing my airfilter at Othello....off to Othello and then northward....
The Pothole region just north of town... the potholes are from a flood that happened
thousands of years ago... irrigation water filled them in....good fishing too...
Now to land at Moses Lake Muni.....from the back luggage compartment ....with the GPS
unit on the dash...
A little slipping turn on the way down final.. that's the 2,000 foot runway ahead, looking south
Tied down at Moses Lake Muni WA40....
That was a 25 mile Cross Country trip...on a beautiful clear day!
