The Bren Ten Newsletter Archives
Subject: Bren Newsletter (99/OCT/05)
From: Brooks
I would like to invite all those Bren Ten'rs that have not already joined the "10 Ring" at GlockTalk, to do so... anyone that owns a 10mm can join... and i think that the 10 Ring is nothing without the Bren Ten in the Ring....
It also gives us all one more avenue to share.
Thanks

Hi Tazz,
Thanks for the invite. I'm forwarding it to the Bren Association. Is there info at the Glock Talk site for how to join the 10 ring?

P.S. I also own a Glock 10MM :)

Hi Mike,
Enjoying your Bren newsletter.
Have you heard anymore about new possible mfg taking off?
Our company name is ESF Sales. (not EFS, which is bank in Tennessee)

Erv (Pompano Bch, FL 954-946-6803)
Hi ERV,
Thanks for resending the available Brens list.
Hehehe...sorry about folks writing the name in the wrong order. To bad you aren't hooked up to that bank... then you guys could finance the Renaissance Bren ;) No word from Triton Cartridge on the new (aka Renaissance) Bren. The man to contact is Fernando Coelho (TRITONCARTRIDGE@prodigy.net) to see if there is any progress. I suspect he is keeping htings pretty quiet about it so that they can surprise the gun industry with it. Course we have the inside line if and when it nears completion :)

Subject: Bren 10 Booklet
I have "borrowed" a Bren Ten booklet published by Dornaus & Dixon in 1984. It is 8.5 x 11 inches and 15 pages. It has all of the model information except the Marksman, information on D&D, Bren Ten name origin, etc.
Does anyone else have one of these? I am going to make copies. If you would like a copy, please send me your name and address. I will try to get them in the mail by early next week.
Hi Bill,
At least two of us have those manuals and I have one for the Bren 10 as well as the Marksman .45. There is NO difference between the two except for a small decal on the front of the Marksman manual that says that all information in this manual pertains to the Marksman Special too. I believe Fernando Coelho made copies of the manual and is also offering them to those that want/need them. But thanks for the effort and offer. Good to see we are helpful to each other :)
BTW..that manual along with a Bren 10 or any other Bren INCREASES the value of the pistol.
