* 2nd Cycle Education
There is no 2nd cycle education. The educational program is directly leading to the degree of Diplom-Ingenieur (eq. to M.-Eng.).
* 3rd Cycle Education
Starting with the 7th semester a special course program is offered for specialisation for students of Civil Engineering. This program is leading to the degree of Diplom-Ingenieur in Civil Engineering. The specialisation program contains courses in 1. Hydrology, Water Resources Management 2. Wastewater Treatment, Sludge Treatment, Sewer Systems, Water Quality Management and Waste Management. The program runs over two semesters and ends with Diploma-thesis. All courses are offered in German only.

Doktor der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Dr.-Ing.) Topics in
* Accommodation
- Hydrology, Water Resources Management and applications of Remote Sensing in Water Management.
- Wastewater Treatment, Sludge treatment, Sewer Systems, Water Quality Management and Waste Management.
Accomodation in student hotels (limited number of rooms, very early application is needed) Price : 250 - 300 DM. Meals at University : 3,00 DM/day.
