TEMPUS* Contents
* Overview of TEMPUS
TEMPUS forms part of the overall EC programme of Community aid for the economic and social restructuring taking place in Central and Eastern Europe also know as the PHARE programme, and, as from 1994, the Community programme for economic reform and recovery in the former Soviet Republics, known as the TACIS programme. The second phase of the programme (TEMPUS II) was approved on 29th April 1993 to run for four years from 1994 to 1998. It is managed by the European Training Foundation (ETF)

Several of these projects are financially supporting PANTA RHEI.
