World Meteorological Organization provides information about six regional associations and several programmes: The World Weather Watch Programme, The World Climate Programme, The WMO Atmospheric Research and Environmental Programme, The WMO Applications of Meteorology Programme, The WMO Hydrology and Water Resources Programme, The WMO Education and Training Programme and The WMO Technical Cooperation Programme.

Introduction to IDAMS: the International Training Seminar will take place from Monday 24th through to Wednesday 26th November 1997 at UNESCO Headquarters, Paris. It's purpose is to introduce the latest version of IDAMS software package. Participants who would like to extend their knowledge and/or perform more exercises could continue individual work on 27th and 28th November.
There is no registration fee, but all other costs (travel, board, lodging) are at the charge of participants
