This is my wife Patricia and I =AKA Gary . We have been married for 10 long : I'm sorry 10 great years. Pat is from Allegany NY a small foothills town in the western part of the state. I was born in West Virginia . All of my parents family are from small towns in Southwestern Virginia. Bland Co. and Buchanan Co. We came to North Carolina when I was about 6 weeks old, so I call North Carolina home. We live in a small town in the eastern part of the state in Onslow Co. It's only a 45 min. drive to the beach . We have many great sites to see. There is Fort Macon , Fort Fisher and Bentonville Battle Field . These are Civil War sites. We have the Battleship USS North Carolina docked in Wilmington NC.Many State Parks , Cape Hatteras Lighthouse , Cape Lookout Lighthouse, The Cliffs of the Neuse. Tryon Palace in New Bern NC.Many many more . To many to name. All within a 2 hour drive.
