This classic Schwinn has balloon tyres, springer front forks, mock petrol tank and wide variable handlebars. As with many of the typical classic American cruisers it has multi coloured tassles. | ||||||||||||||||

Bought new by Mr Charles Laurence Smith and used extensively for twelve hour time trials in and around Blackburn, Preston and Cumbria. Mr Smith donated this machine to the museum shortly before his death (aged 90) in 1999. | ||||||||||||||||
