I made this treat bag from half an envelope. Take a long envelope and seal it. Cut it in half with decor scissors. Take a hole punch and punch a hole in top where the decor scissors cut. Run a ribbon in it for a handle. Stamp your image on the bag. Before you use it you have to open a crease the bottom edge, like the concept of a brown paper bag. The pattern stamped here is the quilt pattern. Then I stamped my special message at an angle. This idea make a great quick party bag for kids birthdays.
